What is Finite verb?
যে verb সম্পূর্ন ভাবে মনের ভাব প্রকাশ করতে পারে এবং Tense ও Person অনুযায়ী যার রূপ পরিবর্তিত হয় তাকে Finite Verb বলে।
I  saw  some boys playing in the field.

What is Non-finite verb?
যে verb সম্পূর্ন ভাবে মনের ভাব প্রকাশ করতে পারে না এবং Tense ও Person অনুযায়ী যার রূপ পরিবর্তিত হয় না তাকে Non-Finite Verb বলে।
I saw some boys playing football in the field.

There are Three kinds of non-finite verbs:

1.Participle     2.Gerund     3.Infinitive

1.Participle:যে Non-finite verb একই সাথে Verb ও Adjective এর কাজ সম্পন্ন করে তাকে Participle বলে।

2.Gerund:যে Non-finite verb একই সাথে verb ও Noun এর কাজ সম্পন্ন করে তাকে Gerund বলে।
Playing football is a good exercise.

3.Infinitive: To+ verb এর base form কে Infinitive বলে।
I want to play football.

There are Three kind of participle

i.Present Participle  ii.Past Participle  iii.Perfect Participle
(i).Present Participle:যে Participle দ্বারা কোনো কাজের চলন্ত অবস্থা বুঝায় তাকে Present Participle বলে।
I saw some boys playing football in the field.
(ii).Past Participle: যে Participle দ্বারা কোনো কাজ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পরবর্তী  অবস্থাকে বুঝায় তাকে Past Participle বলে।
He showed me his written letter.
(iii).Perfect Participle: Having+verb এর past participle কে Perfect Participle বলে।
Note: Present Participle ও Perfect Participle গঠনে ভিন্ন হলেও একই রকম অর্থ প্রকাশ করে।
